ЄTOYC PΛH AMACЄIAC THC MHTPOΠΟΛЄωC Laureate half-length bust of Asklepios to right, chlamys draped over his right arm and left shoulder; before, serpent-entwined staff. Dalaison 48 (D19/R38). RPC III 2917. SNG von Aulock 20 (same dies). Extremely rare, apparently the third known example. A lovely and interesting issue. Slightly smoothed, otherwise, about extremely fine.
